FSC en PEFC
FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) and PEFC are organizations dedicated to promoting sustainable and responsible forest management worldwide. They also consider the social and economic rights of local communities and workers.
PEFC- and FSC-certified products comply with the sustainable procurement policies of the European Union and the Dutch government for wood products such as construction timber, furniture, and paper.
ISPM 15
ISPM 15 (International Phytosanitary Measure 15) is a regulation for the treatment of wood used in the international movement of goods. ISPM 15-certified wood must be heated for at least 30 minutes to ensure its core reaches a temperature of 56°C. This process eliminates any harmful organisms present in the wood.
